UKTb Velo - Maxuoh Cynep Cnopm road racing bicycle (c.1990-Minsk, Belarus-#58)

This late-Soviet-era race bike came by way of a donation to Recycle-A-Bicycle.
Light metalic blue, 53cm (c-t) Columbus tube lugged frame,
chrome fork with semi-sloping crown and recessed brake mount.
Equipped with original aluminum components,
including cartridge-bearing headset, side-pull caliper brakes,
gum-hood brake levers, seatpost, front-rear derailleurs, and downtube shifters.
Handlebar and internal bar-clamp stem made in Ukraine by Kharkov Bicycle Works.
Missing original wheelset, crankset, bottom bracket (36 x 24 x 72 x 112),
and frame-mounted racing number of original owner.
Assembly completed with Campagnolo NR crankset and tubular wheels.
The bike has an eclectic mix of old and new components.
Controls are 1960s France, frame is 1970s Italy,
bearings are 1980s America, group parts are 1990s Byelorus?
